Transforming Religious Legacy Burdens:
IFS and Ignatian Spiritual Growth

Embark on a transformative journey of healing and spiritual renewal with Transforming Religious Legacy Burdens. This Catholic retreat uniquely blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Ignatian Spirituality to help participants address inner wounds or burdens from their religious past while deepening their relationship with God. Through compassionate self-exploration and contemplative prayer, discover freedom, peace, and a renewed sense of God’s love.

integration and a freer, more joyful faith.

What to Expect:
● IFS-Guided Exploration: Learn to identify and dialogue with inner parts holding religious burdens, guided by facilitators who integrate Catholic faith and IFS principles.
● Ignatian Prayer Practices: Experience the Ignatian colloquy and Gospel contemplation to encounter Jesus and discern God/Jesus/Spirit guidance in your healing journey.
● Community and Connection: Participate in optional small-group sharing to reflect on experiences in a safe, supportive environment.
● Sacramental Grace: Deepen your retreat through daily Mass
● Personal Reflection: Enjoy quiet time for journaling, prayer, and rest in a serene retreat setting to process and integrate insights.
