Breaking Free from Persistent Regret: A Morning of Reflection and Growth

At some point, we’ve all experienced regret—wishing we had made different choices or said something differently. While it’s a natural part of life, persistent regret can hold us back, leaving us feeling stuck and unable to move forward.

Join us for this insightful morning gathering as we explore the concept of persistent regret from both psychological and spiritual perspectives. Together, we’ll uncover why we get trapped in these negative thought patterns, how we can use them for personal growth, and practical tools to help us move toward healing and wholeness.

Let’s learn how to break free and move forward with renewed purpose!
