ABOUT THE THREE-DAY CELEBRATION
LA SALETTE TRIDUUM
September 19-21, 2025
From September 19 to 21, the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette invites you to mark the 179th anniversary of Mary’s apparition at La Salette with a powerful three-day spiritual journey.
This year’s Triduum, rooted in the theme “Pilgrims of Hope, Messengers of Reconciliation,” draws us into the heart of her message, a call to return, to be renewed, and to go forth to share Mary's message of reconciliation.
Below you can find
the day-by-day schedule

Friday, September 19
The journey begins on Friday, September 19, as we reflect on being “CALLED IN LOVE.” Just as Mary called two young shepherds on a mountainside, she calls each of us to open our hearts and return to her Son. We will gather for Mass at 12:10 p.m., celebrated by Fr. Bernie Baris, M.S.
Saturday, September 20
On Saturday, September 20, we are reminded that we are “GIFTED BY GRACE.” Mary’s tears are not of despair, but of mercy. Her presence brings healing and the promise that God’s grace meets us even in our brokenness. At 4:30 p.m., the Most Rev. Bruce A. Lewandowski, C.Ss.R., Bishop of Providence, will lead us in the celebration of the Eucharist.

Sunday, September 21
The Triduum concludes on Sunday, September 21, with the theme “SENT TO SERVE.” Like the children of La Salette who were entrusted with a message for the world, we are sent forth as bearers of peace and reconciliation. Mass will be at 12:10 p.m., with Fr. Rosanno Soriano, M.S.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2025 - 6:00 P.M.
LA SALETTE INTERNATIONAL DINNER
join us for the LA SALETTE INTERNATIONAL DINNER on Saturday, September 20, following the 4:30 p.m. Mass celebrated by the Most Rev. Bruce A. Lewandowski, C.Ss.R., Bishop of Providence.
