Cancellation & Refund Policy

At La Salette Retreat Center, we understand that plans sometimes change. Our policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to continue offering meaningful programs and maintaining our facilities year-round.

Individual Retreats & Programs

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• Cancellations 21 days or more before the start of your retreat: refund of all payments received, minus the deposit.

• Cancellations 8–20 days before the start date: refund of 50% of your total payment (deposit included).

• Cancellations within 7 days of the retreat or no-shows: no cash refund, but a credit will be issued toward a future retreat or program within 24 months.

• If you wish to transfer to another retreat, requests received more than 14 days in advance will be honored when space is available.

Retreat Center Cancellations

If La Salette Retreat Center must cancel a program due to low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another program.

Please note that La Salette cannot be responsible for personal travel expenses.

 

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that unexpected events occur. Medical emergencies or family bereavements may be considered for exceptions with appropriate documentation. Please contact the Retreat Center Office as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Force Majeure

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions (such as pandemic-related shutdowns), guests will be offered either a full refund or a credit for a future retreat.
