ABOUT
Lent: A Man's Journey
A Gathering of Men for the 5 Weeks of Lent
This men's group is a place for honest conversation, practical growth, and deeper faith. Together, we will explore the real issues men face today (work, relationships, stress, purpose, failure, strength, and vulnerability) drawing on both modern psychology and the wisdom of Catholic spirituality. We will use insights from contemporary psychology to better understand habits, emotions, boundaries, and patterns that shape our lives. At the same time, we will root our conversations in the Catholic spiritual tradition (Scripture, prayer, and the lived experience of faith) to explore what it means to be a man seeking wholeness, integrity, and meaning. Whether you are feeling strong or worn down, confident or uncertain, deeply faithful or just beginning to ask questions, you are welcome. Come as you are. Leave a little stronger, clearer, and more grounded.
