A Powerful Journey!
The “Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life” is a powerful, personal, extended Bible and Christ-centered retreat that does not require, yes it does not require you to leave your ordinary life behind for an entire week. It is rooted in and based on saint Ignatius of Loyola’s personal experience.
The "Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life" are a POWERFUL JOURNEY because, in addition to fostering human and spiritual growth, they also promote a holistic and faith-based well-being.

This program is a highly PERSONAL EXPERIENCE because the journey of the “Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life” respects and takes into account the uniqueness of each participant and what each participant will experience at any given stage of the "Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life". In this way you will be personally mentored and accompanied to discover a deeper relationship with God, yourself, creation and others.

Last but not least, the program is a completely BIBLE AND CHRIST-CENTERED RETREAT IN DAILY LIFE: you will learn how to pray with Scriptures (meditation, guided meditation, reflection, imaginative prayer) as you review your own life and faith journey through the lens of the Word of God and Jesus' life, Passion, and Resurrection..

Who Is the Program For?
-
Christians of any tradition (Catholics, Protestants, Anglicans, etc…), of any status (whether lay people, religious men and women, priests and pastors), age, background and ethnicity;
-
Young adults who find it challenging to choose the next step in life
-
People who must make life-changing decisions
-
Individuals in leadership positions (both in their faith communities and at work),
-
People involved in Christian formation programs of various kinds
-
Individuals who have experienced one-day retreats, weekend retreats, or retreats of some other kind, and are now seeking to strengthen their spiritual life.
Commitment
The program requires the following commitment:
-
40 minutes of daily prayer, followed by 10 minutes of written reflection on the prayer experience;
-
10 minutes at the end of every day for the Ignatian Examen (a faith-based review of the day that is ending)
-
One 45-minute meeting with your guide every 2 weeks.
-
Enough time to journal about your experience of the “Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life”;
-
monthly morning retreats (once a month, on Saturday for the next 8 months).

The dates for the mini-retreats are as follows:

*** In April, the mini-morning retreat will be on the 15th instead of the 8th, due to Easter (April 9.

Fees
The total cost of this program is $500.
The cost covers:
-
guide's extensive time and energies spent on this nine-month program;
-
all materials and resources provided throughout the nine-month program;
-
nine (9) mini-retreats from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM that you may attend in person or via Zoom;
-
resources and materials for the nine (9) mini-retreats;
-
all the 1-O-1 supervision sessions conducted on a bi-weekly basis in person or via Zoom.
A non-refundable deposit of $ 100 is required for registration to be valid.
​
The rest of the fees ($ 400) can be paid in two different ways:

$ 50 per month, November through June;
-
$ 400 on October 8, 2022, at the first morning mini-retreat.
Feel free to choose the method that is most convenient for you. Deposits and installments can be paid in CASH or CHECKS.
