ABOUT THE 2026 SERIES
Vatican II:
The Guiding Star
of the Catholic Church
More than sixty years after the Second Vatican Council, its vision continues to illuminate the life of the Church. As Pope Leo XIV reminded us, its teachings remain “the guiding star” the Church is meant to follow, a “guiding principle for us today,” and returning to them is “a valuable opportunity to rediscover the beauty and the importance of this ecclesial event.”
This new summer series invites you to return to the source: to read, reflect, and engage the documents that continue to shape how we pray, believe, and live as Church today.
Each evening conversation will explore one of the major texts of Vatican II, from Lumen Gentium to Gaudium et Spes, offering insight, conversation, and space to connect these teachings to the challenges of our time.
Join us on the patio for evenings of reflection and meaningful conversation.
Come not simply to learn—but to rediscover the path forward.
